在生产及滤棒物理指标相关试验中需要对滤棒进行重复测量.为探讨重复测量滤棒对其物理指标的影响程度,分别对 30组滤棒(每组10 支)进行两次测量,每组样品两次测量间隔时间为7~240 分钟.结果表明:重复测量对滤棒重量造成的损耗可以忽略不计;重复测量过程会导致圆周降低约 0.05mm,测量后圆周向原状态逐渐恢复,一小时后圆周减小值趋于稳定,约为 0.01~0.02mm;重复测量导致长度缩短约 0.02~0.08mm,在地面放置柔软物缓冲可有效降低其缩小值;重复测量后吸阻升高 0.4~2mmWG,推测其受重复测量圆周、长度变化因素影响.重复测量对圆度、硬度影响不显著.本文可为其他关于滤棒物理指标的研究提供理论支持,降低因重复测量导致的误差.
Repeated measurements of filter rods are required in production and physical indicators related experiments.To explore the impact of repeated measurement of filter rods on their physical indicators,30 groups of filter rods(10 in each group)were measured twice,with an interval of 7-240 minutes between the two measurements for each group of samples.The results indicate that the loss caused by repeated measurements on the weight of the filter rod can be ignored.The repeated measurement process will cause a decrease of about 0.05mm in the circumference.After measurement,the circumference gradually recovers to its original state,and after one hour,the decrease in circumference tends to stabilize,about 0.01-0.02mm;Repeated measurements result in a length reduction of approximately 0.02-0.08mm.Placing a soft object on the ground to cushion can effectively reduce its reduction value.After repeated measurements,the suction resistance increased by 0.4-2 mmWG,suggesting that it is influenced by changes in the circumference and length of the repeated measurements.Repeated measurements have no significant impact on roundness and hardness.This article can provide theoretical support for other studies on the physical indicators of filter rods and reduce errors caused by repeated measurements.
