为了对闪速炼铜企业进行科学地能效分析进而提高其能效水平,针对企业的生产工艺及其结构组织特征,提出了基于不同的空间尺度和时间尺度的多层级多尺度的能效在线评估与分析方法。基于热力学和热经济学的基本原理定义了能效分析的基本指标,详细介绍了多层次多尺度能效分析的实现方法,并提出了产品产量参量在线估算、间歇式生产过程作业时间在线自动识别等方法解决了在线分析的关键技术难题。
In order to evaluate and improve energy efficiency of copper flash smelting enterprises, a multi-layer and multi-scale online energy efficiency analysis method was proposed by using different time scales and space scales according to the hierarchical characteristics of the plant's energy consuming systems. Some indexes are defined for energy efficiency evaluation based on principles of thermodynamics and thermo-economics, and implementation methods for the multi-lay and multi-scale analysis of energy efficiency were detailed introduced. Methods were also proposed for estimation of main production parameters and automotive recognition of working durations of batch smelting processes which are usually difficult for online analysis.
