针对分布式调相机高海拔的运行要求,分析了高海拔对于定子绕组绝缘的影响,介绍了制造商的应对解决方案.根据不同绝缘外表面防晕机理,明确了需要重点优化的防晕结构,建立了相关结构的仿真模型,并将该模型成功应用于50 Mvar GVPI空冷调相机的高海拔防晕优化设计,使整机起晕性能相比常规机型提升了近 40%.
In view of the high altitude operation re-quirements of the distributed-type condenser,the impact of high altitude on stator winding insulation is analyzed and correspondent manufacturers'solutions are introduced.According to the anti-corona mechanism of different in-sulation external surfaces,it is clear that the anti-corona structure needs to be optimized as an emphasis,the relevant simulation model has to be established and the model is suc-cessfully applied to the high-altitude anti-corona optimized design of the 50 Mvar GVPI air-cooling condenser,making the increase of the corona performance nearly 40%com-pared with that of the conventional unit.
