体教融合进入中国学校体育研究领域以来,强调体育回归教育本位.我国高校体育教学力求释放体育的育人功能与价值,并解决教育"培养什么人、怎样培养人"的问题已成为助力高校体育高质量发展的重要抓手.研究认为:体教融合对我国高校体育教学的价值导向体现为推进"健康第一",教育理念正确贯彻;推进"教会、勤练、常赛"有效落实;推动高校体育教师队伍建设.体教融合视域下我国高校体育教学存在的问题主要为体育人文内涵流失,育人环境有待改善;课程内容缺乏特色,专业特点有待凸显;竞赛体系不完善,覆盖面有待提升;教学评价体系不健全,合理性有待提高;退役运动员、教练员缺乏系统培训,教学能力有待增强.体教融合视域下我国高校体育教学的路径选择为构建体育教学人文环境,增强以体育人实效性;打造强特色体育品牌课程,满足未来职业发展需求;完善竞赛体系,激发资源整合与协同育人活力;构建多维度体育教学评价体系,促进大学生全面发展;建立退役运动员、教练员过渡期培训体系,提升体育教学质量.
Since the integration of sports and education has entered the field of school sports research in Chinese,it has emphasized the sports return to the education core.Physical education in colleges in China strives to release the educational function and value of PE and solve the primary problem of education-"what to cultivate and how to cultivate people",which has become an important starting point for the high-quality development of college sports.The study concluded that the value orientation of the integration of sports and education to PE teaching in colleges in China is reflected in the correct implementation of the education concept of"health first".Promote the effective implementation of"mastery,diligent practice,and regular competition";Promote the construction of PE teachers in colleges.From the perspective of the integration of sports and education,the problems existing in PE teaching in colleges in China are mainly the loss of the humanistic connotation of sports,and the educational environment needs to be improved.The course content lacks characteristics,and the professional characteristics need to be highlighted;The competition system is not perfect,and the coverage needs to be improved;The teaching evaluation system is not perfect,and the rationality needs to be improved;There is a lack of systematic training for retired athletes and coaches,and their teaching ability needs to be enhanced.This paper proposes the path selection of public physical education teaching in Chinese colleges from the perspective of the integration of sports and education:(1)Construct a humanistic environment for PE teaching and enhance the effectiveness of sports people;(2)Create a strong characteristic sports brand course to meet the needs of future career development;(3)Improve the competition system and stimulate the vitality of resource integration and collaborative education;(4)Construct a multi-dimensional PE teaching evaluation system to promote the all-round development of college students;(5)Establish a transitional training system for retired athletes and coaches to improve the quality of PE teaching.
