天然气在能源体系中发挥"基础性、灵活性、融合性"功能,是支撑中国能源体系转型的"桥梁能源";氢能是推动化石能源低碳转型的重要方向,也是解决新能源消纳及调峰的重要载体;天然气与氢能在产业链上具有相似链系特征、类似储运特点和部分相同应用领域,具备构建"天然气+氢能"全产业链耦合的良好发展条件.通过天然气和氢能在新型能源体系所起的关键作用为切入点,研究分析"天然气+氢能"全产业链耦合的必要性和可行性,重点剖析在上游制备、中游储运及下游利用全产业链融合的发展方向,最终从政策支持、示范应用及技术攻关角度提出了具体操作建议.
As a"bridge energy"to assist China's energy system's transition,natural gas serves as a"fundamental,flexible,and integrated"component of the country's energy system.In addition to being a key component in the low-carbon transformation of fossil fuels,hydrogen energy is also a key means of addressing the issues of new energy consumption and peak shaving.Natural gas and hydrogen energy have similar chain characteristics,as well as similar storage and transportation properties.They also share some application domains.So,they have favorable growth conditions to create a"natural gas + hydrogen energy"comprehensive industry chain.The primary roles that hydrogen energy and natural gas play in the new energy system provide the foundation for this article's exploration and evaluation of the necessity and feasibility of the"natural gas + hydrogen energy"coupling to create an entire industry chain.The analysis in this article focuses on the direction of development of the entire industry chain in terms of upstream preparation,midstream storage and transportation,and downstream utilization.Finally,specific operational recommendations are presented from the viewpoints of policy support,demonstration application,and technical research.
