将具有抗菌消炎作用的中药油加入到质量分数为5%的羧甲基壳聚糖/聚环氧乙烯(CMCS/PEO)纺丝溶液中,采用静电纺丝技术制备CMCS/PEO纳米纤维载药敷料,并对其形貌与性能进行表征与测试.结果表明:由于中药油的掺杂,CMCS/PEO纳米纤维的直径变粗,孔径变大,40%载药量的纳米纤维敷料的纤维平均直径为278 nm;对大肠埃希菌和耐药金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为98%和97%;经过载药敷料处理的小鼠伤口在第12天的愈合率达到98%.
Traditional Chinese medicine oils with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are added to 5%of carboxymethyl chitosan/polyepoxyethylene CMCS/PEO)spinning solution,and the CMCS/PEO nanofiber drug-loaded dressings are prepared by electrospinning technology.The morphology and properties of CMCS/PEO nanofiber drug-loaded dressings are studied.The results show that the diameter of CMCS/PEO nanofibers be-comes thicker and the pore size becomes larger due to the doping of traditional Chinese medicine oil,the aver-age fiber diameter of the 40%drug-loaded nanofiber dressing is 278 nm,the antibacterial rates against Esche-richia coliand Staphylococcus aureusare 98%and 97%,respectively,and the condensation rate of the wounds of mice treated with drug-loaded dressings reaches 98%on the 12th day.
