文昌凝析气藏开发过程中,面临反凝析和水侵双重伤害的问题,严重影响生产效果.在分析现有处理措施的基础上,分别采用注气、注溶剂、注复合药剂三类方法开展室内实验,优选了该区块地层伤害解除的方法,并结合数值模拟进行了注入量、注入速度、焖井时间等单井工艺参数的优化设计,提出了单井应用技术方案.结果表明,文昌气藏宜采用注甲醇+干气段塞吞吐的伤害解除方法,地层渗透率恢复率达81.23%;单井应用时,注入19 m3甲醇+120×104 m3干气,注入速度保持在4×104 m3/d,且焖井11 d时,解除效果最好.在文昌A井开展的试验结果表明,采用该技术方案,气井产能得以恢复,地层伤害解除方法有效.同时,该技术的应用对同类气藏的开发也有一定的借鉴意义.
During the development process of Wenchang condensate gas reservoir,there is a problem of dual damage caused by retrograde condensation and water invasion,which seriously affects production efficiency.Based on the analysis of existing treatment measures,three types of indoor experiments were conducted to opti-mize the methods for relieving formation damage in this block.Combined with numerical simulation,single well process parameters such as injection volume,injection speed,and soaking time were optimized and designed,and a single well application technology scheme was proposed.The results indicate that the damage relief method of methanol injection and dry gas slug stimulation should be adopted for Wenchang gas reservoir,with a forma-tion permeability recovery rate of 81.23%;When applying in a single well,inject 19 m3 methanol+120 ×104 m3 dry gas,maintain the injection rate at 4 ×104 m3/d,and soak the well for 11 days to achieve the best release effect.The test results conducted in Well A of Wenchang show that using this technical solution,the gas well production capacity can be restored and the formation damage relief method is effective.At the same time,the application of this technology also has certain reference significance for the development of similar gas reservoirs.
