目的 探讨基于Teach-back教学模式的社区护理学教学中课程思政设计及其实施效果.方法 以社区慢性病病人的护理与管理为例,按照Teach-back教学模式设计教学内容,构建专业知识与思政元素融合路径.从课程改革获奖情况和学生评价两方面总结课程思政教学效果.结果 社区护理学课程于 2021 年获批为学校"课程思政"教学改革专项教学研究项目,教学设计获得学校 2022 年优秀课程思政教学设计方案一等奖;在 98 名学生中,88 名(89.8%)学生对专业课课程思政的必要性和重要性有较高认识,94 名(95.9%)学生表明职业素养得到培养和提升,84 名(85.7%)学生表明综合能力得到锻炼和加强,82 名(83.7%)学生表明社区关怀实践能力得到有效提升.结论 基于Teach-back教学模式的课程思政教学设计有利于提高学生的职业素养、培养学生的沟通能力和团队协作能力,增强其社会责任感.
Objective To explore the Ideological&Political Education design in community nursing teaching based on Teach-back teaching model and its implementation effect.Methods Taking the care and management of chronic disease patients in the commu-nity as an example,design teaching content according to the Teach-back teaching model,and construct a path for the integration of professional knowledge and Ideological&Political elements.Summarize the effectiveness of Ideological&Political Education from two aspects:the award-winning situation of curriculum reform and student assessment.Results The community nursing course was approved as a special teaching research project for the school's"Ideological&Political Education"teaching reform in 2021,and the teaching design won the first prize of the school's excellent Ideological&Political Education design plan in 2022;Among the 88(89.8%)of 98 students had a good understanding of the necessity and importance of professional courses in Ideological&Political Education.94(95.9%)students indicated that their professional literacy had been cultivated and improved,84(85.7%)students in-dicated that their comprehensive abilities had been exercised and strengthened,and 82(83.7%)students indicated that their comm-unity care practical abilities had been effectively improved.Conclusion the design of Ideological&Political Education courses based on the Teach-back teaching model is beneficial for improving students'professional literacy,cultivating their communication and teamwork abilities,and enhancing their sense of social responsibility.
