山地果园往往建在地势起伏不平的丘陵地带,由于山地弯多、坡度大,给物料运输带了极大的麻烦。为解决这个问题,我们专门设计了一种适合山地果园的运输设备。该设备采用小功率柴油发动机作为动力,利用皮带、齿轮等机构进行传动,实现了在单条轨道上的前进、倒退等动作。文中就此设备整体传动系统的设计做了细致描述,并对齿轮箱等重要零部件的设计做了重点分析。
Mountain Orchards are often built in undulating terrain of hills, bends due to the mountain, steep slope, to the material transport took great trouble. To solve this problem, we designed a suitable transport equipment mountain orchard. The device uses low-power diesel engines as the driving force, the use of belts, gears and other institutions drive, realized on a single track forward, rewind and other activities. In this paper, the overall design of transmission equipment to do a detailed description, and the design of key components such as gearboxes made a focus of analysis.
