棉花漏播降低产量、人工补种造成棉花植株疏密不均,为后续棉花机械化收获带来诸多不利因素.棉花播种质量检测技术可有效解决播种过程中出现的重播、漏播、损伤种子以及机器故障等问题,本文论述现有的棉花播种质量检测技术并分析各检测技术的优缺点,分析光电式、压电式和机器视觉检测技术在棉花播种质量检测过程中存在的问题、优缺点及应用情况.为了提升棉花播种智能化与信息化水平,亟需开展棉花播种质量检测技术探索与应用,应对国内外棉花市场的严峻挑战.
Cotton missed sowing reduced yield,and artificial replanting caused uneven density of cotton plants,which bring many adverse factors to subsequent mechanized cotton harvesting.Cotton seed quality testing technology can effectively solve problems such as reseeding,missed seeding,damaged seeds,and machine failures during the sowing process.Existing cotton seed quality testing technologies were discussed in this article,and the advantages and disadvantages of each detection technique were analyzed.The problems,pros and cons,and application scenarios of photoelectric,piezoelectric,and machine vision detection technologies in cotton seed quality testing were also examined.In response to the severe challenges in both domestic and international cotton markets,there is an urgent need for the exploration and application of cotton sowing quality inspection technology in order to enhance the level of intelligence and informatization.
