目的 探讨疫情新形势下情景教学多模式导入在中医急诊学线上教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2021-2022学年第3学期在上海中医药大学选修中医急诊学的48名本科学生,随机分为实验组和对照组.选取中医急诊学课程"风温肺热""眩晕""心悸""水肿""中风"5个章节内容,对照组以传统方式授课,实验组以情景教学多模式导入授课.2组授课结束后,给学生布置相同课后作业及发放相同调查问卷,通过课后作业和问卷对2种教学方法效果进行评价.结果 课程总体成绩实验组为(90.25±4.84)分,对照组为(80.54±3.30)分,实验组优于对照组(P<0.001).授课满意度调查问卷结果中,实验组在学习效果、学习压力、学习积极性、自学能力培养方面的评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 情景教学多模式导入授课打破了学习的时间和空间限制,教学效果优于常规模式,能满足疫情等突发状况下开展线上教学改革的需求.
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode introduction of situational teaching in the teaching of emergency medicine of traditional Chinese medicine under the new situation of epidemic situation.Methods A total of 48 undergraduate students from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the third semester of 2021-2022 academic year were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Five chapters of emergency medicine of traditional Chinese medicine courses were se-lected,including"wind warm and lung heat","vertigo","palpitation","edema"and"stroke".The control group was taught in the tra-ditional way,while the experimental group was taught in the situational teaching multi-mode.After the two groups of teaching,stu-dents were assigned the same homework and questionnaire evaluation,and the effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated through the homework and questionnaire.Results The overall score of the experimental group was(90.25±4.84)points,and that of the control group was(80.54±3.30)points,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.001).In the results of teach-ing satisfaction questionnaire,the experimental group scored better than the control group in terms of learning effect,learning pres-sure,learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability cultivation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-mode teaching of situational teaching breaks the time and space limitation of learning,and the teaching effect is better than that of conventional teaching,which can meet the needs of online teaching reform in emergency situations such as epidemic.
