在26.7 ℃的温度下和相对湿度12%至80%的条件下,采用静态平衡重量法测定了不同相对湿度下惰性粉的吸湿情况,利用二项式回归和模型拟合的方法研究了在不同相对湿度条件下绘制惰性粉吸湿动力学曲线,比较了 GAB、GAB-VR和BET等3个水分吸着等温线模型的适用性,分析了惰性粉水分吸着等温线模型.研究了不同含水量的惰性粉拌入小麦中长角扁谷盗的生存分析、小麦的霉变风险,评估了应用惰性粉安全储粮的平衡含水量临界值.结果表明,在12%至72%的相对湿度下,惰性粉表现为失水过程;在75%至80%的相对湿度下,惰性粉表现为吸湿过程.在80%的相对湿度下,惰性粉的水质量分数由3.65%增加到17.58%,增加了 3.8倍.惰性粉含水量越低长角扁谷盗的存活时间越短,在95%的置信区间,当水质量分数低于3.35%时惰性粉对长角扁谷盗的致死作用显著.应用惰性粉做谷物防护剂时应控制粮堆中惰性粉的水质量分数不得超过15.81%,否则粮堆则有可能出现霉变.环境相对湿度越高,惰性粉处理过的小麦粒表面出现霉变的数量越早,数量越多,随着时间的延长霉变率逐渐增大.
At the temperature of 26.7 ℃ and the relative humidity of 12%to 80%,the moisture absorption of inert powder under different relative humidity was measured by static equilibrium weight method,and the moisture absorption kinetic curve of inert powder under different relative humidity conditions was studied by binomial regression and model fitting.The applicability of three moisture adsorption isotherm models of GAB,GAB-VR and BET was compared,and the moisture adsorption isotherm model of inert powder was analyzed.The survival analysis and mil-dew risk of wheat mixed with inert flour with different water content were studied,and the critical value of equilibrium water content for safe storage of grain with inert flour was evaluated.The results indicated that,under the relative hu-midity of 12%to 72%,inert power was manifested as a process of water loss;under the relative humidity of 75%to 80%,inert power was manifested as a hygroscopic process.Under the relative humidity of 80%,the water content of inert power was increased from 3.65%to 17.58%,with an increase of 3.8 times.The lower the inert power water content,the shorter the survival time of Cryptolestes pusillus(Schonherr).In the 95%confident interval,when the water content was less than 3.35%,the inert power had a significant effect on lethal effects of C.pusillus.When inert power was used as grain protectant,the water content of inert power in the grain stack shall not exceed 15.81%,oth-erwise,the grain pile may mildew.The higher the relative humidity of the environment was,the earlier the amount of moldy wheat grains treated with inert powder was.And the mildew rate would gradually increase with the extension of the time.
