目的 汉化并检验抗抑郁药物依从性量表(antidepressants compliance questionnaire,ADCQ)的信效度.方法 2016年5月,对比利时学者研制的ADCQ进行翻译及文化调适.便利抽样法选取在苏州市广济医院就诊的210例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用中文版ADCQ对其进行调查,并分析其信、效度.结果 中文版ADCQ的Cronbachα系数为0.912,重测信度为0.917,内容效度、结构效度(KMO值)、效标效度分别为0.930、0.881、-0.340,4个维度累计方差贡献率为51.397%.结论 中文版ADCQ信、效度较好,可用于国内抑郁症患者的服药依从性评价.
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Readiness of inter-professional learning scale(RIPLS),in order to provide appropriate evaluation instrument for medical school educa-tional reform and course setting.Methods The RIPLS was translated and reformed in June 2014 to finalize the Chinese version of RIPLS.Totally 389 students were selected and investigated by using Chinese version of RIPLS. Results The RIPLS remains 19 items,and Cronbachαfor the total scale was equal to 0.887.Factor analysis revealed three factors which predicted 58.528% of the total variance,and the corresponding factors of the projects were satisfied with factor loading.Conclusions The Chinese version of the RIPLS is reliable and valid to assess the readiness of undergraduate medical students to undertake inter-professional learning.
