高职院校开展现代学徒制改革,需要建设一支协作良好、互补性强的专兼职教学团队。学校专业教师的优势在于能较好地把握教育教学规律,具有较丰富的教学组织管理经验,但对于企业实践和技术应用不太敏感;而企业人员实践经验丰富,但对于人才培养缺乏责任感和方式方法。本文试图从湖北工业职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业的现代学徒制教学改革实践中对现代学徒制师资条件进行分析,进而总结、归纳专任教师和兼职教师能力提升的内容和途径,并提出师资队伍建设中应当注意的主要问题。
Modern apprenticeship reform in higher colleges is to build a well?coordinated, highly complementary part?time teaching team. The advantage of professional teachers lies in better grasping education law, rich experience in teaching organization, but they lack business practices and are less sensitive in technology applications, while those from companies have rich business experience, but lack responsibility and way for personnel training. This paper attempts to analyze the modern apprenticeship conditions of teach?ers with its reform in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic, and then summarize content and means of capacity promotion for full?time and part?time teachers, and puts forth the main issues to be noted in teacher’ s construction.
