依托某大型超临界汽轮发电机项目,建立了包含转子、油膜、铁芯、机座及弹簧板等全部主要部件的大型汽轮发电机定子有限元计算模型,通过定子模态试验与有限元计算结果进行对比研究,对有限元模型进行了必要的优化,计算结果和试验结果对比验证了计算模型的可行性、有效性和可靠性.基于优化的有限元分析模型,为了得到更好的结构动力特性,确保机组在运行过程中更安全、更稳定,对发电机定子结构进行了优化.
A finite element analysis model which include rotor,oil film,stator core,stator frame was established to research the dynamical characteristics of large turbo-generator stator.Through a comparative study on the stator modal test and finite element calculation results,the necessary optimization of finite element model was applied.The calculation results and the test results verified the validity and reliability of the finite element analysis model.Based on the optimization model,in order to get better dynamic characteristics of the structure ensure the unit operate safety and stable, optimization was applied to adjust the dynamical characteristics of stator.
