"协同发展"是老年教育助力粤港澳大湾区一体化发展格局建设不容回避的现实命题.以教育资源为切入的粤港澳大湾区老年教育协同发展考察表明:大湾区11 个城市老年教育协同发展虽具有一定的现实基础,但离区域间老年教育的高水平协同还有距离,离区域内的老年教育的资源要素协同还有差距.采用"培育增长极模式"和"网格推进模式",同步对区域老年教育增量资源进行优化配置、对存量资源进行重新调整,是大湾区老年教育协同发展的可选模式.在具体的推进实施中,应将"理念协同"作为推进粤港澳大湾区老年教育协同发展的基本导向,将"资源协同"作为推进粤港澳大湾区老年教育协同发展的根本路径,将"湾区老年开放大学创建"作为推进粤港澳大湾区老年教育协同发展的核心载体.
"Coordinated development"is an unavoidable realistic proposition for the elderly education to help the construction of the integrated development pattern of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.The investigation on the coordinated de-velopment of elderly education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area with educational resources as the starting point shows that although the coordinated development of elderly education in 11 cities in the Greater Bay Area has a certain practical foundation,it is still far from the high-level coordination of inter regional elderly education and the coordination of re-source elements of the elderly education in the region.Adopting"cultivating growth pole mode"and"grid promotion mode"to simultaneously optimize the allocation of regional incremental resources for elderly education and readjust the existing resources is an optional mode for the coordinated development of elderly education in the Bay Area.In the specific promotion and implemen-tation,we should take"concept coordination"as the basic guide,"resource coordination"as the fundamental path and"the es-tablishment of the Bay Area elderly Open University"as the core carrier to promote the coordinated development of the elderly education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
