水稻 (Oryza sativa L.) EK2S是以抗稻瘟病两系不育系E农1S作母本, 以不育系材料QFS156为父本杂交选育, 结合分子标记辅助选择和低温池加压选择, 培育出的具有不育起点温度较低、株型好、米质优、易繁好制、携带抗稻瘟病基因Pi1和Pi2的中籼型光温敏核不育系.初步测配组合表现产量较高、米质较优、稻瘟病抗性较强等.利用该不育系配制的组合参加各级产量试验, 性状优良.
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) EK2S is a new photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines selected from QFS156 and E′nong 1S by marker-assisted selection (MAS) and low-temperature pool pressure methods. The sterile line possesses the characteristics of low sterility starting point temperature, good plant type, high quality, and easy multiplication and hybrid seed production, and carries Pi1 and Pi2 resistant genes. The preliminary test crossing results showed that the derived combinations by it have high yield, high quality and good blast resistance. And some combinations are in different regional yield trials.
