针对军队院校学生课余时间有限的特点,采用了基于学科竞赛的多层次形成性评价方法,以"冲压发动机原理与设计"课程为例,探索建立了一种将翻转课堂教学模式应用于军校研究生专业课程中的方法.通过将难度较高的飞行器创新大赛任务分解为三个阶段性任务:课程汇报、校级竞赛和国家级竞赛,设计出一条切实可行的发展路径,帮助学生克服畏难情绪.同时,在翻转课堂的实践过程中融入同伴互评,增强学生和教师之间以及学生之间的交互,提高翻转课堂的参与度.实践表明,该课程的教学效果有了明显改善,并在"中国研究生未来飞行器创新大赛"中取得良好成绩.
In view of the limited spare time of military college students,this study adopted a multi-level formative evaluation method based on discipline competition.Taking the course"Ramjet Principle and Design"of National University of Defense Technology as an example,the method of establishing a flipped classroom teaching mode in the courses of military college graduate students was explored.This study breaks down the challenging aircraft innovation competition into three phased tasks:course presentation,school level competition,and national level competition,which presents a practical and feasible path to help students overcome their fear of difficulty.At the same time,peer evaluation is integrated into the practice of flipped classroom to enhance the interaction between students and teachers,as well as among students,which improves the participation of flipped classroom.Practice has shown that the teaching effectiveness of this course has significantly improved,and good results in the"China Graduate Future Aircraft Innovation Competition"were obtained.
