针对目前四川大学"环境工程微生物学实验"教学中所存在的问题,借鉴其它高校的改革方式,提出了对实验课实施模块化教学改革的思路.在原有实验的基础上,将实验内容设计成"环境微生物形态及结构观察"、"功能微生物的分离纯化,鉴定及培养条件优化"、"水质微生物检测"及"环境微生物的群落结构分析"四个模块.每个模块分别锻炼学生的验证、综合、应用及研究能力;各模块内的单元实验注重连续性,各模块间的内容相互呼应又非完全独立,起到了巩固和提高微生物学基础实验技术的效果.通过建立本科实验室-专业实验室联合教学模式、网络信息化教学平台、多元化考核方式以及研究生助理岗位作为辅助化教学手段,以提升整体的教学质量和效果.
Aiming at the current problems in the teaching of Environmental Engineering Microbiology Experiment in Sichuan University,this article draws on the reform methods of other universities and puts forward the idea of modular teaching reform for experimental courses.That is,on the basis of the original experiment,the experiment content is designed as"Environmental Microorganism Morphology and Structure Observation","Functional Microorganism Separation and Purification,Identification and Optimization of Culture Conditions","Microbiological Testing of Water"and"Environmental Microor-ganism Community Structure Analysis".Each module can exercise the students'verification,integra-tion,application and research abilities.Unit experiments in each module focus on continuity,and the content of each module corresponds to each other and is not completely independent,which has played a role in consolidating and improving effect of basic microbiology experimental technology.Through the establishment of undergraduate laboratory-professional laboratory joint teaching model,online teaching platform,diversified assessment methods,and graduate assistant positions as auxiliary teaching meth-ods to improve the overall teaching quality and effect.
