碱三元复合驱是目前提高油田采收率最有效的办法之一,但是随着三元液的注入,注采系统结垢日益严重,成为制约弱碱三元复合驱技术发展的一项重要因素.本文在配制用水中加入碱剂(A)、表面活性剂(S)、聚合物(P),考察了矿场条件下碱、聚合物、表面活性剂对成垢的影响.实验结果表明,碳酸钠加入体系后30 min, 72%的钙沉积成垢,成垢速度较快,成垢量随着时间延长而呈现增加趋势.弱碱三元复合驱成垢的核心因素是碳酸钠的存在,聚合物和表活剂对成垢减缓作用且减缓作用具有叠加性.
Weak base ASP flooding is one of the effective ways enhancing oil recovery, with the ASP flooding fluid injection,scaling is becoming the more serious factor in the system of weak base ASP flooding. ASP flooding system (ASP) is a flooding system which is mixed by three mixtures-alkali,surfactants and polymers in a certain proportion. The effects of alkali, surfactants and polymers for scaling were investigated under the conditions. The results showed that the speed of 72% calcium deposits scaling was fast with the addition of the sodium carbonate after 30 min, the amount of scaling increased in experimental duration. The key factor of scaling was the presence of sodium carbonate in the system of weak base ASP flooding,the scaling moderated effect by the surfactants and polymers was accumulative.
