《黄帝内经》重视吐纳功法养生防病的作用,但缺少系统论述,其理论散见于历代文献.吐纳功法门类众多,以"吐故纳新"呼吸养生法最具代表性.该法历史悠久,文献广泛,蕴含道家宇宙观与中医生命观,是在中国古代哲学思想指导下,综合人体生理结构与气化功能形成的智慧结晶.对"吐故纳新"呼吸养生法的相关文献进行梳理整合,从其功法分类、行功要领、养生功效三个方面展开论述,以探寻该法的内涵与价值,并结合现代研究成果,探讨其相关研究的可待延伸之处.
Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor attaches great importance to the role of breathing exercises in the health preservation and disease prevention,but it lacks systematic discussion,and its theory is scattered in the literature of previous dynasties.There are many kinds of breathing exercises,among which the breathing regimen of"exhale the old and inhale the new"is the most representative.The method has a long history and extensive literature.It contains Taoist cosmology and traditional Chinese medicine outlook on life,which is the wisdom crystallization formed by integrating the physiological structure and gasification function of the human body under the guidance of ancient Chinese philosophical thought.Sort out and integrates the relevant literature of"exhale the old and inhale the new"breathing regimen and health preservation method,discusses it from the three aspects of the classification of its techniques,the essentials of performing exercises,and the health preservation effects in order to explore the connotation and value of this method,and explores the potential extension of its related research combined with modern research results.
