为了解决含Cr(Ⅵ)废水问题,选择吸附法去除废水中的铬离子.以蒙脱土为载体,以CPB和钛酸丁酯作为柱化剂制备复合柱撑蒙脱土.以复合柱撑蒙脱土为吸附剂,重铬酸钾中的铬离子为去除目标,对复合柱撑蒙脱土的制备工艺条件进行筛选.实验结果表明,在制备复合柱撑蒙脱土时悬浮液浓度为1g/200mL时所制得的吸附剂的吸附率较好;在柱撑剂的加入比例上,当CPB/钛酸丁酯配比为1g/15mmol时吸附率最好,在改性剂加入方式上,两者同时加入最优.
In order to solve the problem of wastewater containing Cr(VI),the adsorption method was selected to remove chromium ions from wastewater.Composite pillared montmorillonite was prepared by using montmorillonite as carrier and CPB and butyl titanate as pillared agents.With composite pillared montmorillonite as adsorbent and chromium ion in potassium dichromate as the removal target,the preparation conditions of composite pillared montmorillonite were screened.The experimental results show that the adsorption rate of the adsorbent is better when the suspension concentration is 1g/200mL in the preparation of the composite pillared montmorillonite,and the adsorption rate is best when the ratio of the pillared agent is 1g/15mmol,when the ratio of CPB/titanate is 1g/15mmol.
