[目的/意义]世界记忆项目重启,人类文献遗产事业方兴未艾,档案学本科专业人才培养应顺势而为,适时适度调整培养模式,充分发挥人才"第一资源"的作用,推动世界记忆项目接续发展.[方法/过程]运用政策分析法解析世界记忆项目发展对人才培养提出的新要求,以此为基础,再运用文献研究法、网络调研法收集档案学本科专业高校人才培养方案,了解人才培养现状,研究面向世界记忆项目发展的我国档案学本科专业人才培养模式现存问题,并提出针对性优化路径.[结果/结论]档案学本科专业人才培养是"成才"的基础阶段,其人才培养模式与世界记忆项目所需人才素养的契合程度还有待提高,亟需精确定位世界记忆项目需要,贴合人才培养客观要求及时改进课程,并大力推进第二课堂建设,赋权人才参与多元世界记忆项目相关主题活动.
[Purpose/Significance]As the Memory of the World Project is restarted and the work of human documentary heritage is flourishing,undergraduate archives majors should follow the trend and adjust the training mode at the right time and at the right level,so as to give full play to the role of"the first resource"of talents and promote the successive development of the Memory of the World Project.[Method/Process]Using the policy analysis method to analyze the new requirements for talent cultivation in the development of the Memory of the World Project,and then use the literature research method and network research method to collect the talent cultivation programs of undergraduate archives majors,understand the current situation of talent cultivation,study the existing problems of China's undergraduate archives talent cultivation mode for the development of the Memory of the World Project,and propose targeted optimization paths.[Result/Conclusion]It is urgent to pinpoint the needs of the Memory of the World Project,improve the curriculum in a timely manner to meet the objective requirements of talent training,and vigorously promote the construction of the second classroom to empower talents to participate in diversified We also need to promote the construction of the second classroom and empower talents to participate in diversified activities related to the Memory of the World Project.
