为解决在进行“育明”轮实习安全风险度量的过程中存在的不确定因素难以量化分析的问题,以人员、船舶、环境和管理为要素构建实习船安全风险系统.采用故障树分析法,依据ISO/IEC 27002标准的层次结构建立故障树,提出基于信息熵的风险度量模型.将定性分析与定量计算相结合,以“育明”轮实际航次案例为例,验证理论应用的正确性.
In view of the fact that quite a few factors involved in the training ship operation,the safety risk evaluation is difficult to quantification,a comprehensive safety evaluation system of training ship is proposed on the basic of the factors of man-ship-environment-management.A fault tree of the hierarchical structure is built according to the ISO/IEC 27002 standard.An information-entropy-based risk measurement model is constructed.The measuring process combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculations is illustrated.The actual operation records of the vessel Yuming verifies the correctness of the method.
