劳动教育具有促进初中生全面发展、传承各民族传统劳动文化及为各民族人民创造福祉的时代意义.通过对内蒙古A校调查发现,初中劳动教育在实施过程中存在学生认可劳动教育,但对劳动价值认识不到位;劳动课程内容单一,未能体现地方、民族及时代特色;劳动课程形式单调,实践场所不足;劳动课占课现象较为普遍,课时难以保证;劳动课缺少专职教师,兼职代课为常态等问题.为此,初中劳动教育应帮助学生树立正确的劳动价值观;建立、健全劳动课程体系;加强劳动课教师队伍建设;丰富劳动教育形式,创设劳动教育实践场所.
Labor education has the significance of promoting the comprehensive development of junior high school students,inheriting the traditional labor culture of all nationalities and creating well-being for all people.In this paper,the following problems are found:the junior school students recognize labor education,but the understanding of labor value is not in place;the content of labor curriculum is single and fails to reflect the local,national and time characteristics;the form of labor curriculum is monotonous and the practice place is insufficient;the substitution of other classes for labor class is quite normal leading to the shortage of class time for labor education;there is a lack of full-time teachers for labor education and part-time teachers is quite normal;and others.Therefore,secondary schools in the new era should help junior school students to establish a correct view of labor,establish and improve the labor curriculum system,strengthen the construction of labor teachers,and establish labor education practice places.
