采用光学法液滴形态分析(DSA)系统,研究了不同表面活性剂液体对沉积煤尘层的润湿过程。在分析润湿机理的基础上,建立了沉积煤尘层表面的渗透润湿模型,并用接触角试验数据进行验证。结果表明,液体在沉积煤尘上发生明显渗透作用,表现为接触角迅速减小,直到减小到零。模型拟合的相关系数均大于0.92646,说明用该模型描述润湿剂在沉积煤尘层表面的渗透润湿过程具有较好的效果。
Wetting process of the different surfactant liquid to the fallen coal dust was stud-ied by adopting the droplet shape analysis(DSA)system of optical method. The wetting and per-meating model of fallen coal dust surface was established and verified by means of contact angle data on a basis of wetting mechanism analysis. The result shows that the surfactant liquid has ob-viously permeation effect on the fallen coal dust,presenting that the contact angle rapidly re-duced,until to zero. The correlation coefficient of fitting model is higher than 0.92646,which shows that the model can well describe the wetting process of the wetting agents to the fallen coal dust.
