对当前公路工程常用的絮状、颗粒状及现场保存不当受潮的絮状木质素纤维进行纤维沥青胶浆锥入度、抗剪切强度、软化点、延度试验及相应沥青混合料的车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,对纤维沥青胶浆性能、混合料高温、低温、水稳定性分析,研究结果表明:不同类型纤维对胶浆及混合料性能影响不同,正常絮状木质素纤维对胶浆及混合料路用性能改善效果更佳;受潮变质对纤维改善SMA-13沥青混合料路用性能影响较大,SMA-13沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能约衰减35%~40%,水稳定性约衰减10%,低温抗裂性能约衰减14%~27%;木质素纤维在使用过程中应防止受潮、结团、变质,保证其良好的性能.
The cone penetration,shear strength,softening point and ductility tests of fiber asphalt mortar,as well as the rutting test,low-temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test of corresponding asphalt mixture,are carried out on the flocculent,granular and improperly preserved flocculent lignin fiber commonly used in highway engineering·The results of water stability analysis show that different types of fibers have different effects on the properties of the cement paste and mixture,and the normal flocculent lignin fibers have better effects on the road performance of the cement paste and mixture.Damping has a great impact on the improvement of pavement performance of SMA-13 asphalt mixture by fiber.The high-temperature rutting resistance of SMA-13 asphalt mixture is about 35%~40%,the water stability is about 10%,and the low-temperature cracking resistance is about 14%~27%.During the use of lignin fiber,it should be prevented from moisture,agglomeration and deterioration to ensure its good performance.
