利用Fasctsage6.4软件对褐煤化学链气化的合成气模型化,模拟计算了对磷石膏载氧体的化学链气化制取合成气的过程,并对磷石膏载氧体的褐煤化学链气化的反应机制进行研究探讨.结果显示,H2和CO是褐煤化学链气化合成气中的两种主导产品.升高气化温度将会对气化过程产生积极影响;外加水蒸气和C02气氛下同样可以提高合成气的产量.反应温度在950℃左右较为适宜;载氧体的使用可以使合成气的产率得到显著提升.
Simulation of syngas production from lignite gasification with phosphogypsum was carried out with Fasctsage 6.4 software,the reaction process of Chemical-Looping Gasification of lignite for syngas was investigated.The results showed that H2 and CO were the primary products in the syngas of lignite chemical looping gasification.The increase of temperature was beneficial to gasification process and water vapor and CO2 atmosphere also could improve the production of the syngas.The optimal gasification temperature was around 950 ℃.The study showed that the existence of oxygen carrier could improve the yield of syngas.
