目的 观察布地格福吸入气雾剂联合肺康复训练治疗中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效.方法 选取2021 年1 月—2022 年12 月南京医科大学康达学院附属涟水人民医院收治的中重度COPD稳定期患者70 例,采用简单信封随机法分为肺康复组35 例和布地格福组35 例.肺康复组患者采用对症支持治疗及肺康复训练12 周,布地格福组患者在肺康复组基础上予以布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗4 周.比较2 组治疗前及治疗结束后肺功能指标[第1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC]、血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)]、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分,不良反应.结果 治疗结束后,2 组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC及PaO2、SaO2 高于治疗前,且布地格福组高于肺康复组(P<0.05 或P<0.01);2 组CAT评分低于治疗前,且布地格福组低于肺康复组(P<0.01).2 组均未出现严重不良反应.结论 布地格福吸入气雾剂联合肺康复训练治疗中重度COPD稳定期可有效改善患者的肺功能及血气指标,进而促进疾病恢复,且安全性高.
Objective To observe the effect of clinical effect of budesonide,glycopyrronium bromideand formoterol fumarate inhalation aerosol combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training for stable phase of moderate to severe COPD.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,70 patients with stable phase of moderate to severe COPD were enrolled in the People's Hospital of Lianshui Affiliated to Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University,and they were divided into the pulmonary rehabilitation group(35 cases)and the budgefo group(35 cases)by simple envelope method.Patients in the pulmonary rehabilitation group were given symptomatic support therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation training for 12 weeks,and patients in the budgefo group were given budesonide,glycopyrronium bromideand formoterol fumarate inhalation aerosol for 4 weeks.Pulmonary function indexes(FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC),blood gas indexes(PaO2,SaO2)and CAT score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and PaO2,SaO2 of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the budgefo group were higher than those of the pulmonary rehabilitation group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);CAT score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the budgefo group was lower than that of the pulmonary rehabilitation group(P<0.01).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Budesonide,glycopyrronium bromideand formoterol fumarate inhala-tion aerosol combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood gas inde-xes of patients with stable phase of moderate to severe COPD,then promote the disease recovery,and with high safety.
