我国八年制医学生培养质量参差不齐,各校培养方案不尽相同。经过十余年八年制教育的实践,中南大学湘雅医学院制定了全新的早期培养方案。开设新生课程,让学生入学后尽快由中学生转变为大学生;进行早期科研训练,帮助学生熟悉科研流程;为每位学生配备学业导师,以尊重其个性发展为前提,采用“大手拉小手”的方式,培养学生的科研素养;采用双语式、研讨式、参与式教学,全面提高学生的专业英语水平和综合素质;进行前期综合考试,实施精英教育,提高整体水平。通过以上教学改革,学生的自主学习能力明显提升。
Given the uneven levels in cultivating eight-year medical students, Xiangya School of Medicine in Central South University has made a new training scheme aimed to optimize its training model. It set up freshman courses to help previous high school students a-dapt to the college life as soon as possible, trained students in early stage to be familiar with scientific research process,and established the academic tutor system of one-on-one instruction like"little hand in big hand" to build students’ scientific research ability based on their personality development. It also adopted the bilingual,discussion-based and participatory teaching to improve students’ medical English ability and comprehensive quality. Besides, it held the preliminary comprehensive exam to implement the elite education of eight-year medical students and promote their whole level.
