高盐难降解的反渗透浓水能否达标处理,严重制约着中水回用双膜技术的推广应用.以江苏某工业园区循环冷却水反渗透浓盐水达标处理的实际工程为例,探讨影响工艺出水达标的主要因素,确定最佳的工艺运行参数工程运行结果表明:双氧水投加量和臭氧投加量会影响臭氧生化耦合系统的处理效果.臭氧投加量为120mg/L,双氧水投加量为臭氧投加量30%,臭氧氧化O/C由10.7降低至6,生化去除率提高25%左右,整套系统出水满足达标排放标准.本工程中对循环水反渗透浓盐水的达标处理,可为同类废水的处理提供指导和借鉴.
The popularization and application of the double membrane technology for reclaimed water reuse are seriously restricted by whether the high salinity and refractory reverse osmosis concentrated water can be treated up to the standard.In this paper,taking the actual project of industrial circulating cooling water reverse osmosis concentrated brine treatment in an industrial park in Jiangsu Province as an example,the main factors affecting the standard of process effluent were discussed,and the best process operation parameters were determined.The project operation results showed that the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and ozone will affect the treatment efficiency of the ozone biochemical coupling system.The ozone dosage is 150 mg/L,the hydrogen peroxide dosage is 30%of the ozone dosage,and the ozone oxidation O/C is reduced from 10.7 to 6.The biochemical removal rate can be increased by about 25%.The effluent of the entire system meets the standard discharge standards.The standard treatment of circulating water reverse osmosis concentrated brine in this project can provide guidance and reference for the treatment of similar wastewater.
