为了确定适合柱状节理玄武岩开挖的爆破参数,研究爆破开挖对柱状节理岩体区域造成的损伤,选择与工程条件相近的梯段,进行了较大开挖规模的坝基柱状节理玄武岩光面爆破与预裂爆破对比试验。结果表明,在相同的爆破参数下,柱状节理岩体在爆破前后损伤深度一般大于非柱状节理;对于柱状节理,光面爆破较预裂爆破的振动大,爆前爆后损伤深度也较大;通过爆破参数的调整,可以减小爆破开挖对柱状节理岩体区域造成的损伤深度。试验研究结果可为柱状节理岩体爆破开挖的优化施工提供依据。
In-situ experimental study is carried out in Baihetan Hydropower Station to determine the blasting parameters suitable for excavation in basalt with columnar joints, and the possible resulted damage to the rock by blasting excava-tion.Comparison is made between the smooth blasting and pre-splitting blasting.It shows that the damage of rock mass with columnar joints by the blasting is usually deeper than the rock mass without columnar joints with the same blasting parameters.For the rock mass with columnar joints, the smooth blasting will cause greater vibration and deeper damage than the pre-splitting blasting.Additionally, the blasting damage can be reduced by an appropriate adjustment of blas-ting parameters.The findings provide useful guidelines for the construction optimization of blasting excavation in rock mas with columnar joints.
