我国中小电炉企业一般以私营形式存在,在市场经济条件下,相关企业的经济管理模式和管理策略与大型先进电炉企业比,存在更为明显的弊端.为了提升中小电炉企业的经济管理效果,在市场经济条件下,探讨中小电炉企业经济管理模式改革方法,并提出相应的优化策略.分析当前中小电炉企业的经济管理模式与存在的问题,针对现阶段存在的电炉企业经济管理问题,从资金运营、结转结余、预算等方面实现经济管理模式的改革,提出完善经济管理结构、提高企业的人力资源管理水平、构建管理风险防范机制等优化策略,并予以落实,以期提高中小电炉企业的经济管理效益.
Small and medium-sized electric furnace enterprises in China generally exist in the form of private enterprises.Under the conditions of market economy,the economic management mode and management strategy of relevant enterprises have obvious disadvantages compared with large advanced electric furnace enterprises.In order to improve the economic management effect of small and medium-sized electric fur-nace enterprises,under the condition of market economy,the reform methods of economic management mode of small and medium-sized elec-tric furnace enterprises are discussed,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.Analyze the current economic management mode and existing problems of small and medium-sized electric furnace enterprises,aiming at the current economic management problems of electric furnace enterprises,realize the reform of economic management mode from the aspects of capital operation,carry-over balance,budget,etc.,put forward and implement the optimization strategies such as improving the economic management structure,improving the human resources management level of enterprises,and constructing the management risk prevention mechanism,in order to improve the economic management efficiency of small and medium-sized electric furnace enterprises.
