为摸清南京地区肉鸽产业现阶段发展状况和面临的基本问题,进一步了解政策落实情况,促进南京地区肉鸽产业持续健康发展,加快转型升级,探索适合南京地区肉鸽产业发展新模式.通过问卷调查和线下走访、座谈交流等方式,对南京地区5个主要的肉鸽养殖区(六合区、江宁区、浦口区、溧水区、高淳区)共计15家肉鸽养殖企业(专业合作舍、家庭农场)开展了调研.调研发现,南京地区肉鸽养殖技术水平较高,养殖体量较大,但也存在各主体间养殖技术差别大、品牌效益不显著等问题,该文针对相关问题提出了相应对策和建议,旨在为南京地区肉鸽产业发展提供借鉴和参考.
In order to find out the current development status and basic problems facing the meat pigeon industry in Nanjing area,further understand the implementation of policies,promote the sustainable and healthy development of the meat pigeon industry in Nanjing area,accelerate transformation and upgrading,and explore a new development model suitable for the meat pigeon industry in Nanjing area.Through questionnaire survey,offline visit,discussion and communication.A total of 15 pigeon breeding enterprises(professional cooperative houses and family farms)in 5 major meat pigeon breeding areas(Liuhe District,Jiangning District,Pukou District,Lishui District and Gaochun District)in Nanjing were investigated.The survey found that the level of meat pigeon breeding technology in Nan-jing area is high,the breeding volume is large,but there are also problems such as large differences in breeding technology among vari-ous subjects and insignificant brand benefits.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant problems,aiming at providing reference for the development of meat pigeon industry in Nanjing area.
