磁流变减振器具有响应速度快、阻尼可调范围大、能耗低等一系列优势,是当前国内外的研究热点.简要介绍了磁流变阻尼器当前应用现状,分析了制约其广泛应用的两个关键问题,着重对自传感自供能磁流变减振器的研究现状进行了综述.其中,自供能功能的实现原理包括电磁感应原理和压电效应,而反馈电压的大小则反映了相对速度的大小.分析了不同结构自传感自供能磁流变减振器的工作原理和特性,通过综合分析当前研究中存在的问题,阐明了其未来的发展方向.
Magnetorheological damper has a series of advantages including high response speed,wide range of the controllable damping force,low power consumption and so on,so it is the hotspot of the current research.On the basis of briefly introduce the current application status of the magnetorheological damper,the paper presents the two key problems in restricting its widespread use,and put emphasis on summarizing the current research status of selfpowered self-sensing magnetorheological damper.Among them,the function of self-powering is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction and piezoelectric effect,and the feedback voltage reflects the magnitude of velocity.This paper presents the working principle and characteristic of self-powered self-sensing magnetorheological dampers in different structures.Finally,after comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the current research,the paper introduces the developing direction in the future.
