克拉美丽山前地区石炭系火山岩油气藏,钻井纵向上存在压力系统复杂、地层易漏易塌、钻头选型困难,机械钻速慢,钻井工期长等问题.针对以上问题,通过优化井身结构,建立多因素的钻头优选方法,优选合理的钻头型号和个性化PDC钻头;优选钾钙基钻井液体系;采用复合钻井技术.最终形成了适合该地区石炭系的钻井提速配套技术.通过10口井现场试验表明,井下复杂时率由4.5%降低至1.5%,石炭系火山岩机械钻速由2.87 m/h提高至5.05 m/h,单井钻井工期缩短了10~15 d.这表明,钻井提速配套技术可以降低复杂时率,提高机械钻速,缩短钻井工期,为该地区资源规模有效开发和钻井提速提供了技术支撑,具有较好的实用性和推广应用价值.
There were many drilling problems in carboniferous reservoir in Kelameili mountain front area, such as complicated pressure system, easy to leak and collapse in the formation, difficult type selection of bit, slow drilling speed, long drilling time and so on. In view of above problems,by optimizing the well structure and selecting the scientific and reasonable bit model, a multi-factor bit selection method was established, and the personalized PDC bit was optimized as well as potassium calcium based drilling fluid system, and compound drilling technology was used to form a matching technology for the drilling speed increase of carboniferous reservoir in Kelameili mountain front area of Xinjiang oil field. The field tests of 10 wells showed that the underground time rate was reduced from 4.5% to 1.5%, the mechanical drilling speed of the carboniferous volcanic rock was increased from 2.87 m/h to 5.05 m/h, and the single well drilling time was shortened 10~15 days. It shows that the technology to increase drilling speed for carboniferous reservoir in Kelameili mountain front area can reduce the complex time rate, improve the mechanical drilling speed, shorten the drilling time, which can provide the technical support for the effective exploitation of the resources and the speed increase of the drilling in this area, so the matching technology has good practicability and the value of popularization and application.
