在构建新型电力系统的背景下,新能源装机规模迅速增加,系统电源结构也随之变化,影响电力电量平衡的因素也更加复杂.电网运行经济性评估的目标和影响因素具有多元化特点,全面评估系统运行经济性的理论研究和技术开发,是实际工作中亟须解决的重要问题.首先,分析了高比例新能源电网运行经济性的综合目标和关键影响因素;其次,建立了计及源、网、荷等因素影响下的电网运行经济性影响的综合评估指标体系和评估方法;最后,研发了电网运行经济性综合评估系统,并以实际省级电网为例,对系统在各种运行模式下运行的经济性进行了仿真和定量分析,对提出的理论和开发系统进行了验证,对实际评估工作的开展提供了理论和软件支撑.
In the context of the construction of new power systems,the scale of new energy installation is expanding rapidly,the power supply structure of system has changed,and the factors affecting the balance of electric power and electricity are becoming more complex.The objectives and influencing factors of the economic evaluation of power grid operation are diversified,so the theoretical research and technological development of comprehensively evaluating is an important issue that urgently needs to be solved in current practical work.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzed the comprehensive objectives and key influencing factors of economic operation of high ratio new energy grid.Then a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method is established,which considered the impact of sources,networks,loads,and other factors on the economic efficiency of power grid operation.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation system of power grid operation economy is developed,and a practical provincial power grid is used as an example to simulate and quantitatively analyze the economic performance of system under different operating modes,which verified the effectiveness of the proposed theory and development system,and provided theoretical and software support for practical evaluation work.
