针对现有宽幅喷杆喷药机多喷头堵塞监测扩展性差的问题,研制了一种自动地址设定的喷药机喷头流量总线监测系统.以 STM32 F030 F4 为主控核心,设计了基于 RS-485 软件地址自设定、喷雾流量总线传输的控制器,并开发了上位机软件,完成多路流量信息实时监测和总线挂载模块的地址自动设定.为了验证系统地址自动设定可靠性,开展了地址自设定成功率试验,结果表明:当总线挂载最多 5 个设备时,3 次地址自设定的成功率达到 100%;开展了喷头流量监测精度试验,结果表明:LICHENG 110 04 VP、DG9503 EVS 和 XR8002 VS 3 种类型喷头,在 0.3MPa 和 0.4MPa 两种压力下,系统流量监测总体准确率平均值为 94.51%,流量监测准确率最大偏差小于等于 10%,流量监测准确率标准差在 2.49%~4.09%范围内波动,证明了系统具有较好的流量监测稳定性.进行了宽幅喷杆喷药机喷头堵塞监测田间性能试验,结果表明:系统同时监测 20 个喷头流量,在 0.4、0.5、0.6MPa 下,对喷头堵塞位置和个数的监测准确率为 100%.研究结果可为宽幅喷杆喷药机喷头流量独立精准监测的研究提供一种可行的解决方案.
Aiming at the problem of poor scalability of multi-nozzle blockage monitoring in the existing wide spray boom sprayer,a bus monitoring system for nozzle flow of sprayer with automatic address setting is developed in this paper.In this system,STM32F030F4 is used as the main control core,and a controller based on RS-485 software is designed for self-setting address and bus transmission of spray flow.The upper computer software is developed to complete real-time monitoring of multi-channel flow information and automatic address setting of bus mounting module.In order to verify the reliability of system address automatic setting,the success rate test of address self-setting is carried out.The test results show that when the bus mounts up to 5 devices,the success rate of address self-setting for 3 times can reach 100%.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of the system is 94.51%,the maximum deviation of the accuracy is less than or equal to 10%,and the standard deviation of the accuracy is in the range of 2.49%-4.09%under the pressure of 0.3MPa and 0.4MPa for LICHENG 11004 VP,DG9503EVS and XR8002VS,which proves that the system has good stability of flow monitoring.The field performance test of nozzle blockage monitoring of wide boom sprayer was carried out.The results showed that the system monitored 20 nozzle flow at the same time,and the monitoring accuracy of nozzle block-age position and number was 100%under 0.4MPa,0.5MPa and 0.6MPa.This study can provide a feasible solution for the study of independent and accurate monitoring of nozzle flow of wide boom sprayer.
