试验旨在探讨以桑叶、女贞子、麦冬、蒲公英及马齿苋配伍而成的中草药复方添加剂对蛋雏鸡生长性能、血清免疫因子及肠道菌群的影响.选取960只1日龄健康、体重相近的海兰褐蛋雏鸡随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每个重复96只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加0.2%中草药复方添加剂的基础日粮.试验期42 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组蛋雏鸡22~42日龄平均日增重提高8.53%(P<0.05),平均日采食量与料重比降低6.51%与13.50%(P<0.01);1~42 日龄平均日增重提高 8.68%(P<0.01),料重比与死淘率分别降低10.37%和55.47%(P<0.01);血清免疫因子IFN-γ与IL-2水平提高33.35%和46.37%(P<0.01);试验组盲肠变形菌门丰度降低31.84%(P<0.05),放线菌门丰度升高82.61%(P<0.05),试验组粪杆菌属丰度升高128.08%(P<0.05);脱硫弧菌属丰度降低53.66%(P<0.01).综上所述,0.2%中草药复方添加剂可促进蛋雏鸡生长,提高血清免疫因子水平,优化蛋雏鸡的盲肠菌群结构组成.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of the Chinese herbal medicine compound additives made from Morus alba L.,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Ophiopogon japonicus,Taraxacum and Portulaca oleracea L.on the growth per-formance,serum immune factors and intestinal microbiota of egg-laying chicks.A total of 960 1-day-age healthy Hy-Line Brown chicks with similar weight were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates each group and 96 chicks in each repli-cate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with basal diet added with 0.2%compound ad-ditive of Chinese herbal medicine.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of egg-laying chicks in the experimental group were significantly increased by 8.53%from 22 to 42 days of age(P<0.05),and the aver-age daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio were significantly decreased by 6.51%and 13.50%,respectively(P<0.01);The av-erage daily weight gain increased by 8.68%from 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.01),and the feed conversion ratio and dead weight rate were significantly decreased by 10.37%and 55.37%,respectively(P<0.01).Serum immune factors IFN-γ and IL-2 levels were significantly increased by 33.35%and 46.37%,respectively(P<0.01);The abundance of Proteobacteria phylum were significantly decreased by 31.84%(P<0.05)and the abundance of Actinobacteria phylum increased by 82.61%(P<0.05)in the experimental group,while the abundance of Faecalibacterium increased by 128.08%(P<0.05)and the abundance of the Desulfovibrio were sig-nificantly decreased by 53.66%(P<0.01)in the experimental group.In conclusion,the 0.2%Chinese herbal medicine compound additives could promote the growth of egg-laying chicks,increase the level of serum immune factors and optimise the structure of the intestinal microbiota of egg-laying chicks.
