针对现有装配整体式楼盖的模板支架计算通常是等同于现浇结构,未计入预制底板的刚度和承载能力等有利因素,而造成模板支架拆除时间较晚,经济效益和工期效益不良的问题,结合工程实际进行了模板支架最佳拆除时间的研究.现场测试结果及理论计算表明,在一定跨度条件下,考虑预制底板的刚度和承载能力贡献,现场可以实现板底支架的提前拆除,相关研究结论可为类似工程提供参考.
The analysis of the formwork support for the existing assembled monolithic floor typically treats it as equivalent to a cast-in-place structure,thereby overlooking the advantages of the prefabricated floor's stiffness and load-bearing capacity.This oversight has resulted in delayed formwork support removal and a lack of economic and construction period benefits.Combined with the engineering practice,the optimal demolition time of the formwork support is studied.The field test results and theoretical calculations show that,under certain span conditions,early removal of the floor support can be achieved on site by considering the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated floor.The findings from this research offer valuable insights for similar projects.
