In view of reduced global oil resources,increasing environmental protection awareness,and rapid development of electric power technology,transmission control systems,and new energy in recent years,marine electric propulsion systems,as an important application field of high-power electric transmission control system,is undergoing major changes and gradually attracting the attention of the industry.This paper takes self-unloading adopting electric propulsion with high system configuration and advanced technology as an example.It arranges and installs all equipment through the reasonable alignment method of shafting,and designs the methods of segment con-struction/positioning of double-fin structure,installation of propulsion motor,and installation/alignment of bearing.It also defines the construction and quality control points and applies them to key construction processes,effectively controlling the construction process and ensuring construction quality.
