落地式摩擦提升机在运行过程中极易产生振动现象,影响提升设备的安全.为此,以多体动力学仿真软件为载体,考虑钢丝绳的柔性特性,建立刚柔耦合的摩擦式提升机仿真模型,研究加速度与制动曲线对提升钢丝绳横向振动的影响.实验与仿真结果表明:制动阶段时不同加速度运行工况下,摩擦提升系统极易产生横向振动,矩形加速度曲线产生的横向振动更小,上行工况比下行工况钢丝绳振动剧烈.
The landing friction hoist is prone to vibration during braking,which affects the safe operation of the equipment.Therefore,taking multi-body dynamics simulation software as the carrier,considering the flexible characteristics of wire rope,a rigid-flexible coupling friction hoist simulation model was established.The influence of acceleration and braking curve on the trans-verse vibration of hoisting rope was studied.The experimental and simulation results show that under different accelerations in the bra-king stage,the friction hoisting system is prone to produce transverse vibration,and the transverse vibration generated by the steady acceleration and the rectangular acceleration curve is smaller.The vibration of the wire rope in the upward working condition is more severe than that in the downward working condition.
