牛蒡子为菊科牛蒡的干燥成熟果实,属于中国传统中药,具有广泛的药理作用.本文综述了牛蒡子的主要化学成分,如木脂素、酚酸和脂肪酸、萜类化合物、挥发油等.并对其中主要成分木脂素类化合物的提取方法进行了整理分析,以期为牛蒡子后续成分的分离和新型提取方法的选用提供参考.
Fructus Arctii are the dried mature fruits of burdock,family asteraceae,which belong to the traditional Chinese medicine with a wide range of pharmacological effects.This paper reviews the main chemical components of Fructus Arctii,such as lignans,phenolic and fatty acids,terpenoids and volatile oils.The extraction methods of lignans,which are the main components of Fructus Arctii,were also compiled and analyzed to provide a reference for the isolation of subsequent components of burdock seeds and the selection of novel extraction methods.
