目的 比较葡萄糖转运体 1(GLUT-1)、己糖激酶 2(HK2)、丙酮酸激酶 2(PKM2)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1ɑ)在寻常型银屑病(PsV)患者和健康人群皮损中表达水平的差异.方法 选择天津市中医药研究院附属医院 2020 年 12 月—2021 年4 月收治的 30 例PsV患者的病理切片作为银屑病组,来自河北北方学院 30 例整形科患者切除的正常皮肤作为健康对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测PsV皮损组织和健康皮肤组织中GLUT-1、HIF-1α、HK2 和PKM2 的表达水平差异.结果 PsV患者皮损组织中GLUT-1、HIF-1α和PKM2 的表达水平明显高于健康对照组(GLUT-1:25.52±12.19 比 17.44±13.00,P<0.05;HIF-1α:3.88±2.31 比 0.34±0.40,P<0.01;PKM2:7.14±6.47 比2.80±2.84,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.HK2 在PsV患者皮损中与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(3.23±2.44比 4.13±4.87,P>0.05).结论 GLUT-1、HIF-1α、HK2 和PKM2 在PsV患者皮损中的表达水平高于健康人群.
Objective In order to study the differences in expression levels of glucose transporter-1(GLUT-1),hexokinase 2(HK2),pyruvate kinase 2(PKM2),and hypoxia inducible factor-1 α(Hypoxia inducible factor-1 ɑ,HIF-1 ɑ)between psoriasis vulgaris(PsV)patients and healthy individuals in skin lesions.Methods Pathological sections of 30 patients with PsV from December 2020 to April 2021 in the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the psoriasis group,while normal skin excised from 30 patients in the department of plastic surgery at Hebei North University was used as the healthy control group.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the differences in expression levels of GLUT-1,HIF-1 α,HK2 and PKM2 between PsV skin lesions and healthy skin tissues.Results The expression levels of GLUT-1,HIF-1 αand PKM2 were significantly higher in the skin lesions of PsV patients than those of the healthy control group(GLUT-1:25.52±12.19 vs.17.44±13.00,P<0.05;HIF-1 α:3.88±2.31 vs.0.34±0.40,P<0.01;PKM2:7.14±6.47 vs.2.80±2.84,P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.HK2 showed no statistically significant differences in skin lesions of PsV patients compared to the healthy control group(3.23±2.44 vs.4.13±4.87,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of GLUT-1,HIF-1 α and PKM2 in skin lesions of PsV patients are higher than those in healthy individuals.
