建筑项目已经开始建设或者施工完项目中的一部分后,由于开发商的变化、建筑定位的调整、市场条件的改变、建筑功能更迭等原因,导致结构设计需要进行相应的复核、调整或者修改,如何对续建改建项目进行设计,确保结构设计的安全、合理,并充分利用已经施工的条件,取得合理的经济性,值得思考和探讨.结合具体案例,对不满足最小桩间距情况下桩基承载力的折减、型钢柱与梁纵筋节点优化、坑中坑支护拉板的设置、已施工承台的利用及试桩结果的分析选用等方面给出建议供参考.
After the construction project has started or part of the project has been completed,the structural design needs to be reviewed,adjusted or modified due to the change of developers,the adjustment of building positioning,the rebuilding of market conditions,the rebuilding of building functions and other reasons,it is worth thinking and discussing how to design the renewal and reconstruction projects to ensure the safety and reasonableness of the structural design,and to make full use of the already constructed conditions to obtain reasonable economy.Combined with specific cases,suggestions and practices on the reduction of pile bearing capacity in case of not meeting the minimum pile spacing,nodal optimization of section steel columns and longitudinal reinforcement of beams,setting of pit-in-pit support tie plates,use of constructed bearing platforms,and analysis of the test pile results were qiven for reference.
