随着国家教育信息化的规划、部署、建设,全国高校积极响应,将线下办事流程逐渐往线上迁移,使得网上服务流程的设计建设得到不断的改进和发展.文章以桂林医学院教职工请销假流程为例,对同一业务流程的两种不同线上实现方法进行了研究,对节点数量、用户感受以及增删节点后的维护工作量等方面的实现效果进行分析.对比两种线上设计方法在不同方面具有的优势,为网上服务流程的设计制作提供参考.
With the planning,deployment and construction of national education information,the national colleges and universities have responded positively and gradually migrated o?ine service processes to online services,making the design and construction of online service processes constantly improved and developed.In this paper,two different online implementation methods of the same business process are studied with the example of processes of taking leave and terminating leave of faculty and staff in Guilin Medical University.And it analyzes the implementation effects of node number,user experience and maintenance workload after addition and deletion of nodes.It compares the advantages of two types of online design methods in different aspects,and provides reference for the design and construction of online service process.
