目的 评价师资教学技能考核在护理本科实习生护理核心能力培养中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 6月—2022 年 6 月到东莞市人民医院实习的 60 名护理本科生作为研究对象,依据实习时间分组,将 2022 年 6 月到东莞市人民医院实习的 32 名护理本科生作为试验组,2021 年 6 月到东莞市人民医院进行实习的 28 名护理本科生作为对照组.对照组由未进行教学考核的老师带教,试验组由通过教学考核的老师带教,实习期满后通过客观结构化综合考核及问卷调查评价教学效果.结果 试验组实习生理论成绩总合格率为 96.87%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组实习生操作考核总合格率为 100%,高于对照组的 85.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组实习生在评估与干预、评判性思维、教育能力、专业实践、创新能力、自学能力、口头表达能力、巩固理论知识及学科前沿知识和护理专业内涵方面的评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对综合性教学医院的带教老师实行教学考核,有利于培养护理本科实习生的护理核心能力,促进临床教师的自我完善,提高临床实习效果.
Objective To evaluate the application effect of teachers'teaching skills assessment in the cultivation of nursing core competence of nursing undergraduate interns.Methods A total of 60 nursing undergraduates who interned at Dongguan People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped according to the length of their internship.A total of 32 nursing undergraduates who interned at Dongguan People's Hospital from June 2022 were assigned to the experimental group,while 28 nursing undergraduates who interned at Dongguan People's Hospital from June 2021 were assigned to the control group.The control group was taught by teachers who did not pass the teaching assessment,while the experimental group was taught by teachers who passed the teaching assessment.After the internship period,the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through objective structured comprehensive assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The total pass rate of theoretical scores for interns in the experimental group was 96.87%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total pass rate of the operation assessment for the experimental group interns was 100%,significantly higher than 85.72%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The evaluation of the experimental group's interns in terms of evaluation and intervention,critical thinking,educational ability,professional practice,innovation ability,self-learning ability,oral expression ability,consolidation of theoretical knowledge and cutting-edge knowledge in the discipline,and nursing professional connotation was better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of teaching assessment for teachers in comprehensive teaching hospitals is conducive to cultivating the nursing core competence of nursing undergraduate interns,promoting the self-improvement of clinical teachers,and improving the effect of clinical practice.
