基于绿色发展视域,构建中国区域高技术产业升级能力三维评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法测度2009-2021年30个省级行政区的高技术产业升级能力,并从多角度深入分析中国高技术产业升级能力的演变趋势、空间分布与状态转移概率特征.研究发现:中国高技术产业升级能力整体呈波动上升趋势,且存在较大提升空间;区域高技术产业升级能力呈现由"东部—东北—中部—西部地区"降低的阶梯分布特征,区域间差异有所收敛;东部、中部和西部地区均表现为相邻类型跳跃,区域高技术产业升级能力虽有一定转移但整体稳定性较强.
Based on the perspective of green development,a three-dimensional evaluation index system was built to measure the level of China's regional high-tech industrial upgrading ability.Then,this paper uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the upgrading ability level of high-tech industries in 30 provinces from 2009 to 2021,and deeply analyzes the evolution trend,spatial distri-bution and state transition probability characteristics of China's high-tech industry upgrading ability from multiple perspectives.The study found that:The overall level of China's high-tech industrial upgrading ability shows a fluctuating upward trend,and there is a large room for improvement.The upgrading ability of high-tech industry in the region presents a ladder distribution characteristic of decreasing from the east-northeast-central-west,and the regional differences have converged.The eastern,central and western regions are adjacent to the type of jump,regional high-tech industrial upgrading ability has a certain transfer but the overall stability is strong.
