目的:分析北京市城区家庭医生式服务签约居民的社区首诊意愿及其影响因素.方法:2015年6-9月,抽取北京2个城区的4家社区卫生服务机构当日就诊的740名签约家庭医生式服务的居民进行问卷调查.采用χ2检验分析影响签约居民社区首诊意愿的影响因素.结果:签约居民对签约团队全科医生服务态度、家庭医生式服务内容、诊疗技术及诊室环境的满意度均在70%以上.87.8%(650/740)的签约居民愿意他们的签约全科医生成为首诊医生.对不同社区卫生服务机构签约团队全科医生服务态度、家庭医生式服务内容、诊疗技术及门诊诊室环境满意度不同的签约居民社区首诊意愿进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:签约居民社区首诊意愿强,所在社区卫生服务机构以及对机构提供家庭医生式服务内容、服务态度、诊疗技术以及诊室环境是影响社区首诊的影响因素,因此应进一步优化家庭医生式服务内涵,提升社区卫生服务机构服务能力,推进社区首诊进程.
Objective: To analyze the willingness and influencing factors for community first contact care among contracted residents of family doctor service in Beijing urban areas.Methods:From June to September in 2015, we conducted questionnaire survey on 740 contracted residents of family doctor service from 4 community health service centers in 2 urban areas in Beijing by purposive sampling.χ2 test was performed to analyze the influencing factors of contracted residents' will of first visit.Results:All the satisfaction rates of contracted residents toward the service attitude of general practitioners ( GPs), service content of family doctor service, techniques of GPs and consulting room environment were more than 70%.87.8%( 650/740) of the contracted pa-tients were willing to sign their GP as the first contract care doctor.Contracted residents from different community health service centers and with different satisfaction of GPs' service attitude, service content of family doctors, GPs' techniques and consulting room environment were significantly different in willingness to receive first contact care in community ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:The contracted residents of family doctor service in Beijing urban areas have high willingness to seek first contact care in community health service centers.Different community health service centers and GPs' service attitude, the content of family doctor service, GPs' techniques and consulting room environment are influencing factors of residents' willingness to receive community first con-tact care.Family doctor service content should be bettered and the competency of community health service centers should be im-proved to promote the community first contact care.
