采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地的4种香茅草挥发油,并利用 GC - MS 技术进行分离鉴定,以面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量(峰面积相对百分比),鉴定出34种主要挥发性成分,其中相对含量最高的为香茅醛,在4种挥发油中分别为19.48%、36.15%、28.49%和27.09%,其次为香叶醇,分别为30.65%、21.49%、19.52%和22.56%。不同产地的香茅草挥发性成分有所差异,但均含有柠檬烯、香茅醛、香茅醇、香叶醇、乙酸香茅酯、α-榄香醇、桉叶油醇等主要化学成分,总相对含量超过85%,此结果可为香茅草的质量评价、质控标准制定和合理选择植物种植地提供数据参考。
The volatile oil of Cymbopogon citratus from different habitats were obtained by steam distillation, then analyzed by GC - MS and their relative contents were calculated by area normalization method, 34 kinds of main volatile components were identified, the relative content of citronellal was the highest accounted for 19.48%, 36.15%, 28.49% and 27.09%respectively, followed by geraniol, was 30.65%, 21.49%, 19.52% and 22.56% respectively. There were definite differences in volatile components of Cymbopogon citratus from different habitats, but they all contained some main chemical components, such as dipentene, citronellal, citronellol, geraniol, citronellyl acetate, α - elemol, eudesmol, etc. The relative content of total components was more than 85%, the results could provide data reference for quality evaluation, quality standards establishment and reasonable planting regions selection for Cymbopogon citratus.
